Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel exhausting, draining the joy from things you once loved. It’s more than just sadness—it can feel like a heavy fog, making it hard to focus, connect with others, or find motivation. Despite your efforts to push through, you may feel stuck, disconnected, or emotionally numb.
You might experience a lingering sense of emptiness, difficulty getting out of bed, or a constant sense of fatigue, even after rest. Negative thoughts can take over, making it easy to feel hopeless, self-critical, or unworthy. No matter how much you achieve or how supportive your environment may be, depression can convince you that you’re alone in your struggles.
If you’re feeling persistently sad, unmotivated, or disconnected from life, therapy can help. Depression isn’t just about feeling down—it can impact sleep, energy levels, relationships, and your ability to function. If you’re struggling to cope, seeking support is a step toward healing.
Medication can be helpful, but it’s not the only option. Some people benefit from therapy alone, while others may find a combination of therapy and medication most effective. I take an integrative approach, offering both traditional and holistic treatment options to support your well-being.
The first step is to schedule an initial evaluation. We’ll discuss your concerns, treatment options, and goals to determine the best path forward. You don’t have to face depression alone—help is available.

Insurance can be confusing. Here are some key terms explained:
A fixed amount you pay for each appointment, such as $30 per visit.
The amount you pay out-of-pocket before your insurance starts covering services. Once you meet your deductible, your insurance kicks in.
After you’ve met your deductible, you might pay a percentage of the cost, such as 20%, while insurance pays 80%.
The most you’ll pay in a year. Once you hit this amount, insurance covers 100% of covered services.
In-network providers have negotiated rates with your insurance, which usually means lower costs for you. Out-of-network providers may cost more, but you might still get partial reimbursement.
