BIPOC Therapy And Nurse Therapy

Embrace your unique path to growth and well being

In my practice, I offer specialized, inclusive care with a focus on college/higher education students, BIPOC and immigrant communities, and new nurses/nurse practitioners. While I have a special focus on these populations, my services are open to everyone seeking support, growth, and healing.

I recognize that each individual’s journey is unique, and I strive to provide a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where all backgrounds and identities are valued. My approach is personalized and holistic, helping you navigate challenges, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that align with your goals.

Together, we’ll work toward healing, empowerment, and self-discovery, fostering a space where diversity is celebrated, and cultural experiences are honored. No matter your story or where you are on your path, I am here to support you in creating a balanced, fulfilling life.

College Age and Higher Education Students

You entered college with big expectations—independence, academic achievement, new friendships, and exciting experiences. But instead, you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of your path. The pressures of coursework, relationships, and major life transitions can be difficult to manage.

I understand the unique challenges of college life and young adulthood and provide personalized support to help you thrive emotionally, academically, and personally. Together, we’ll work on stress management, anxiety, self-esteem, time management, and navigating transitions so you can feel more confident and in control.

Through our work, you’ll build resilience, gain self-awareness, and develop practical skills to help you succeed—not just in school, but in all aspects of life. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to help you create a path forward with clarity, confidence, and balance.

BIPOC and Immigrant Communities

I see you.

Having personally seen the stigma surrounding mental health in Black and other communities of color, I am dedicated to offering culturally inclusive and compassionate care. I understand the barriers that may make seeking help difficult, from societal stigma to concerns about being misunderstood. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space, where we can openly discuss mental health, foster understanding, and work toward empowerment and healing.

With over a decade of experience working with diverse populations, I bring valuable insight into the unique challenges faced by BIPOC, immigrant individuals, and other marginalized communities. My approach is rooted in cultural responsiveness and respect for lived experiences, creating a supportive environment to explore identity, family dynamics, discrimination, intergenerational healing, and self-empowerment. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, confidence, and a greater sense of self as you navigate your personal journey. I also love to help my people take up more space, feel at ease and feel awesome!

New Nurses and Nurse Practitioners

I have a deep appreciation for working with nurses because I know firsthand the unique challenges that come with this profession. My experiences as a nurse shaped my understanding of mental health in ways no graduate course ever could. I remember the pressures, the self-doubt, and the emotional demands that new nurses face, and I bring that empathy into our work together.

I provide a safe, supportive space where we can address challenges like imposter syndrome, confidence building, professional identity, and emotional resilience. My approach is not about supervision but about collaborative support, helping you navigate the transition into your nursing career with clarity and confidence.

Caring for yourself is not just beneficial for you—it also enhances the care you provide to others. Prioritizing your own well-being allows you to show up as the best version of yourself for both your patients and your career.

You are welcome here.
