Integrative Psychiatry & Personalized Medication Management — Serving Texas, Washington State & Oregon
Depressive mood disorders (depression) can affect more than just your emotions — they can touch every part of your life, from how you think to how you move through your day. You might feel constantly fatigued, disconnected, or like you’re going through the motions without really being present. Even simple decisions may feel overwhelming, and things that once brought joy may now feel distant or out of reach.
This isn’t just “feeling down” or needing to shake it off. These experiences are real, and they’re more common than you might think. Whether you’re navigating a persistent low mood, lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating, or emotional numbness, help is available, and healing is possible. Depression treatment can support you in reclaiming clarity and connection.
Living with a depressive mood condition (depression) can look and feel different for each person. You may be experiencing:
If any of this resonates, it may be time to explore support — and you don’t have to navigate that path alone.
At CopeWell Psychiatry & Wellness, I treat depressive mood conditions (depression) with more than just a prescription — I look at the full picture of your health and life. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with holistic strategies that support emotional, physical, cognitive, and overall well-being.
Together, we’ll create a care plan that feels like a partnership, not a prescription list.
Depression doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It can be shaped by stress, life transitions, trauma, burnout, genetic predisposition, or even environmental factors. That’s why I take time to understand your story, not just your symptoms.
We can create lasting shifts in how you feel and function by addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to low mood, from inflammation and sleep disruption to self-critical thought loops. My goal is to help you build a toolkit for emotional strength, not just symptom relief. Depression treatment should support the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about rediscovering who you are underneath the weight of depression.

Not necessarily. Mental health medication management can be helpful, especially when symptoms interfere with daily functioning, but it’s just one tool. My focus is on finding what works best for you with the least side effects and the greatest benefit. That may include medication, but also supportive therapy, nutritional support, sleep optimization, and emotional regulation strategies.
Yes. Many of my patients come to me after trying therapy or medication that didn’t feel effective or sustainable. I take time to reassess what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what might be missing from your care. Sometimes, even small shifts in dosage, timing, or lifestyle can lead to meaningful improvements. Starting with a first psychiatric appointment allows us to look at your experience with fresh eyes.
At CopeWell, care is collaborative, inclusive, and tailored to your life. I bring together traditional psychiatric expertise with integrative, whole-person practices. You’ll never be rushed, judged, or treated like a diagnosis. Instead, you’ll be heard, supported, and empowered to take the lead in your mental health journey through depression treatment that works for you.
We start with a comprehensive evaluation – a space for you to share what you’ve been going through, your goals, and what support would feel most helpful. From there, I’ll offer personalized recommendations and walk you through the next steps. Whether you need guidance, structure, or simply a place to start, I’m here to help.
You don’t have to keep pushing through or pretending everything’s fine. There’s room in your life for rest, renewal, and growth. And there’s support here when you’re ready.
Insurance can be confusing. Here are some key terms explained:
A fixed amount you pay for each appointment, such as $30 per visit.
The amount you pay out-of-pocket before your insurance starts covering services. Once you meet your deductible, your insurance kicks in.
After you’ve met your deductible, you might pay a percentage of the cost, such as 20%, while insurance pays 80%.
The most you’ll pay in a year. Once you hit this amount, insurance covers 100% of covered services.
In-network providers have negotiated rates with your insurance, which usually means lower costs for you. Out-of-network providers may cost more, but you might still get partial reimbursement.
