Personalized Mental Health Care for Adults

Who I Help

High-Functioning Adults Who Feel Stuck, Foggy, or Burned Out

High Functioning Adults Who Feel Stuck, Foggy, or Burned Out

Common Concerns: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Burnout

From the outside, you’re doing everything right—juggling work, school, parenting, or caregiving like a pro. But inside, you feel scattered, exhausted, or overwhelmed. Maybe your mind won’t stop racing, your motivation’s gone, your focus is off, or you’re wondering why it’s so hard to feel like yourself lately.

You don’t have to keep powering through.

I work with high-performing professionals, nurses, graduate students, and caregivers who are used to holding it all together—but are tired of struggling silently. Using a personalized blend of integrative psychiatry, genomic testing, and holistic strategies, we’ll identify what’s truly driving your symptoms and create a plan that helps you feel clear, calm, and connected again.

You’re not broken. You’re burned out, overloaded, and ready for a new way. Let’s get you back in sync—with your body, your values, and your peace.

College-Age & Higher Education Students

College-Age & Higher Education Students

Common Concerns: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Sleep Issues, Identity Development

College and grad school can be a time of growth—and also immense stress. Between academic pressure, identity exploration, social transitions, and mental health challenges, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, unfocused, or emotionally stuck.

I specialize in supporting students who are trying to keep it all together while silently struggling. Whether you’re navigating ADHD symptoms, burnout, or big life questions, I’ll meet you with tools that make sense for your brain, your body, and your goals. We’ll explore personalized care—from medication support and nutrition to therapy and lifestyle habits—to help you feel more clear, grounded, and resilient.

This is your time to grow—and you don’t have to do it alone.

New Nurses & Healthcare Professionals

Common Concerns: Burnout, Compassion Fatigue, Anxiety, Mood Dysregulation

You give your all to others—your patients, your colleagues, your community—but often have little left for yourself. You may feel emotionally drained, anxious, or stuck in survival mode. Maybe you’re questioning your path, noticing burnout creeping in, or struggling to balance the demands of caregiving with your own mental health.

As a fellow healthcare professional, I understand the unspoken pressures and emotional labor that come with this field. I help nurses, new grads, and healthcare workers process burnout, reconnect with their purpose, and recover their sense of self. Whether through precision psychiatry, thoughtful medication support, or mind-body tools for regulation, we work together to build a path toward sustainable healing—not just for your job, but for you.

BIPOC & Immigrant Communities

Common Concerns: Depression, Anxiety, Cultural Stress, Identity Struggles, Medical Mistrust

Navigating mental health as a BIPOC or immigrant-identifying adult can be especially complex. Maybe you’ve been dismissed in past care experiences, pressured to stay strong, or told to “push through.” You might carry the weight of generational expectations, code-switching, or trauma that hasn’t been fully named.

My practice is a space where your identity, culture, and lived experiences are not only respected—they’re central to your care. I offer integrative, trauma-informed support that addresses the real challenges you face, while honoring your story. We’ll look beyond surface symptoms and explore how systems, family dynamics, and stressors may be impacting your wellness.

You are not too much. You are not alone. Healing is possible—on your terms.

Women Navigating Hormonal Mood Changes (PMDD, PMS, Postpartum)

Women Navigating Hormonal Mood Changes (PMDD, PMS, Postpartum)

Common Concerns: Severe PMS/PMDD, Mood Swings, Irritability, Fatigue, Sleep Disruption

If your mood feels like a rollercoaster around your cycle—or you’re struggling with anxiety, irritability, or low energy in ways that feel hormonal—you’re not imagining it. Many women experience symptoms that get brushed off as “just PMS” or are left untreated for years.

I help women understand how hormonal changes may be impacting their mental health and energy levels. Using functional lab testing, supportive medication options, and integrative strategies like supplements and lifestyle changes, we’ll create a plan that brings your mind and body back into balance. You don’t have to live at the mercy of your cycle.

There’s real relief available—and it starts with understanding your body

People Who’ve Tried Everything and Still Don’t Feel Like Themselves

People Who’ve Tried Everything and Still Don’t Feel Like Themselves

Common Concerns: Long-Term Medication Use, Treatment-Resistant Depression, Complex Mood or Anxiety Disorders

If you’ve been on multiple medications, tried various therapies, and still feel off—it’s not in your head. Maybe you’ve heard “this is just how your brain works,” or each new prescription feels like another round of trial and error. You’re not alone—and you deserve a better approach.

I help adults who are tired of feeling like a science experiment find answers through Precision Psychiatry. By using genomic testing and integrative assessment, we uncover what’s happening beneath the surface—your genetics, nutrient imbalances, and how your brain and body respond to stress, medications, and supplements.

Together, we’ll build a personalized plan that may include targeted support like medication (only if needed), supplements, and holistic strategies that finally feel aligned. No more guessing. Just clarity, calm, and the support you need to feel like you again.

Areas of Focus

I work with adults 18-64 navigating a wide range of challenges, including:

Whether you’ve been struggling for years or are just starting to explore support, you’ll be met with care that’s rooted in science, centered on your story, and grounded in trust.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

Not at all. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or are simply feeling off, stuck, or overwhelmed, I’m here to help. Our work together can clarify what’s going on and how to move forward—without judgment.

No—I support adults from many walks of life. While I often work with professionals, students, healthcare workers, and caregivers navigating burnout or performance pressure, I also welcome any adult seeking a safe space for healing, especially those who’ve felt misunderstood or overlooked in traditional care settings.

I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, trauma, sleep issues, hormonal mood changes (PMDD, postpartum), and more. I also specialize in complex or treatment-resistant cases and help patients who’ve “tried everything” find new answers.

As a nurse practitioner, I provide supportive therapy integrated into psychiatric care, but I do not offer long-term psychotherapy as a standalone service. If you already have a therapist, I’m happy to collaborate. If not, I can refer you to someone who’s a good fit.
