We treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including:
Every care plan is designed to reflect your specific concerns, background, and treatment goals.
Dr. Udo Chukwuocha provides a whole-person approach rooted in clinical excellence, cultural responsiveness, and collaborative planning. Services available across Texas include:
A full-scope assessment to understand your medical, mental health, and lifestyle background. The goal is to uncover root causes and create a customized treatment plan.
Medication is used thoughtfully and collaboratively, with ongoing check-ins to ensure effectiveness, minimize side effects, and align with your preferences.
Supportive therapy is incorporated into appointments using Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness strategies. This creates a safe space to reflect, build resilience, and move toward your goals.
Together, we’ll address sleep, movement, nutrition, and other routines that influence your mental and physical wellness. Sustainable changes make a lasting difference.
Supplements may be recommended based on your symptoms, lab results, or goals. These can complement medication or serve as stand-alone support tools.
We emphasize food as fuel for mental health. Whole, nutrient-rich diets can improve mood, cognition, and energy. Individualized dietary guidance is included as needed.
Routine and specialized labs help uncover any underlying biological contributors to your mental health. Genetic testing may also guide medication selection and reduce trial-and-error.
Thorough ADHD assessments include structured interviews, validated questionnaires, and, when indicated, cognitive screenings to distinguish ADHD from other disorders.
If you’re considering reducing or stopping psychiatric medications, Dr. Udo Chukwuocha provides a safe and structured tapering plan, with close oversight and support.
We provide referrals for specialized treatments such as Spravato (esketamine) and TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) when traditional options are not enough.

Insurance can be confusing. Here are some key terms explained:
A fixed amount you pay for each appointment, such as $30 per visit.
The amount you pay out-of-pocket before your insurance starts covering services. Once you meet your deductible, your insurance kicks in.
After you’ve met your deductible, you might pay a percentage of the cost, such as 20%, while insurance pays 80%.
The most you’ll pay in a year. Once you hit this amount, insurance covers 100% of covered services.
In-network providers have negotiated rates with your insurance, which usually means lower costs for you. Out-of-network providers may cost more, but you might still get partial reimbursement.
