Our Compassionate Care Provider

Dr. Udo Chukwuocha holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is board certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). Our Psychiatric Care Process

Your first visit is a full psychiatric evaluation by secure video. We talk through your symptoms, history, current medications and goals, so we understand the whole picture before recommending anything.

Together, you and Dr. Udo build a plan that fits your needs. It may include medication management, lifestyle changes or a referral for therapy, and you help decide each step.

Follow-up video visits focus on how you are feeling and how your medication is working. When it helps, they include brief supportive therapy using Motivational Interviewing.

We track how you respond to treatment over time. If something is not working or side effects come up, your plan is adjusted with you.
